ORDINANCE NO. 13,876
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE ST. CHARLES SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3507 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 Section 32,
-N, T -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and part of
Block 32, Neimeyer Grove Addition, Little Rock,
Arkansas, all more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 SW 1/4
of said Section 32; thence S 86° 13' 40" E along the N
line of said S 1/2 NW 1/4 SW 1/4 1,003 feet to a point;
thence S 10 24' 29" W 381.25 feet; thence S 18° 08' 44"
W 125.23 feet; thence S 330 18' 38" W 96.99 feet;
thence S 20° 54' 44" E 117.83 feet; thence S 33° 02'
16" W 252.74 feet; thence S 210 09' 41" W 332.41 feet;
thence S 710 58' 22" W 355.45 feet; thence N 87° 39'
20" W 356.1 feet; thence northerly along the arc of a
924.93 foot radius curve to the right, having a chord
bearing and distance of N 20 57' 51" W 286.72 feet;
thence N 5° 57' 09" E 150.65 feet; thence northwesterly
along the arc of a 388.1 foot radius curve to the left,
having a chord bearing and distance of N 26° 01' 10" W
411.03 feet; thence N 29° 07' 27" E 51.13 feet; thence
northeasterly along the arc of a 288.31 foot radius
curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance
of N 620 07' 52" E 316.82 feet to its intersection with
the W line of the SW 1/4 of Section 32; thence
northeasterly along said W line 400 feet more or less
to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
District and "MF -12" Multifamily District to "MF -12"
Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
