13867ORDINANCE NO. 13,867 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. (a) Z -3518 - Described as the S 50 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 8, C.O. Brack's Addition from "R -5" Urban Residence District to "0-3" General Office District. (b) Z -3519 - Described as Lot #8, I -30 Industrial Park from "I -2" Light Industrial District to "I -3" Heavy Industrial District. (c) Z -3520 - Described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 19, Marshall and Wolfe Addition to the City of Little Rock. AND Lots 1 and 2, Block 21, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
