AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED SOUTH OFF I -30 NEAR JAMISON
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3498 - Described as that part of the N 32 rods of the
NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 32 T -1 -N, R -12 -W Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying SE of Interstate Route #30 from "AF"
Agriculture and Forestry District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
SSCTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it here amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
