AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED NORTH OFF CANTRELL ROAD NEAR
RESERVOIR PARK IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3506 - Described as part of the NW 1/4 of Section 26
T -2 -N, R -13 -W and the E 50 feet of Tract B Hyland
Holmes Addition, all in Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the center of Section 26 T -2 -N, R -13 -W;

W 211.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 86°

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it here amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
