AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3497 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4
Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: From the
SE corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4 run N and along
the section line 429 feet to the point of
beginning; thence W 719.5 feet to the E line of
the Allendale Subdivision; thence N 00° 13' E
along said E line 264 feet; thence E 363.5 feet to
a point; thence S 157 feet to a point; thence E
355 feet to a point; thence S 107 feet to the
point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
District and "R -4" Two Family District to "O -l"
Quiet Office District.
(b) Z -3505 - Described as Lot 16A, Towne Oaks Addition
to the City of Little Rock from "C -3" General
Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display
District.
(c) Z -3513 - Described as Lot 3 -BR, Geyer Springs
Apartment Addition, being a replat of Lot 3 -A,
Geyer Springs Apartment Addition, being a replat
of Lot 3 of said addition from "I -3" General
Office District to "0 -1" Quiet Office District.
SSCTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it here amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
