AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN SECTIONS 34 AND 35 T -1 -N, R -13 -W PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2820 -A - Described as part of Section 35 T -1 -N,
R -13 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of
the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 35; thence N 00 07'
41" W 660.37'; thence N 89° 28' 34' E 1,313.73 feet to
the centerline of Mabelvale Pike; thence S 00 04' W
along said centerline 659.68 feet; thence S along said
centerline 212.4 feet; thence S 850 24' 29" W 416.38
feet; thence S 030 07' E 202.7 feet; thence W 191;
thence S 492.69 feet; thence S 570 59' W 134 feet;
thence S 750 44' W along said centerline 457 feet;
thence S 750 52' 55" W along said centerline 239.5
feet; thence N 040 01' 19" E 149.1 feet; thence S 87°
47' 24" W 105 feet; thence N 00 07' 41" W 1,025.54 feet
to the point of beginning.
AND
The SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 34, T -1 -N, R -13 -W Pulaski
County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -2" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
