AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE
INTERCHANGE IN THE CITY OF
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
RKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
Z -3459 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section
3 VS, R13W Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner NE
1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3 VS, R13W; thence N 880 52' 45" W
1320 feet more or less to a point; thence N 000 26' 20"
E 230 feet more or less to a point; thence N 700 50'
40" E 356.74 feet; thence N 23° 21' 40" E 356.75 feet;
thence N 65° 52' 40" E 220 feet; thence N 240 07' 20"

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
