AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF CERTAIN TAXICAB PERMITS FOR THE
1980 YEAR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The issuance of taxicab permits for the
1980 year is hereby authorized for the number of cabs currently
in operation for the following companies and independent
operators:

Joseph Le Veque
Robert Orlicek
Ed Gatewood
Tommy Robinson
Dewey Worthey
Rodelle Taylor
Elria Hooks
Roberta Lee Reese
Edward E. Strickland
Coy Andrews
Frank Inman
Arin Iseman
Frank Jackson
SECTION 2. All permits authorized to be issued here-
under are hereby declared to be contingent upon compliance,
by the company or independent operator receiving the permit,
with all requirements of the Taxicab Ordinance previously
adopted by this Board.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
