AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD AT BRECKENRIDGE DRIVE,
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS, ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3451 - Described as Tract 11, Reform School Addition
for the purpose of constructing a church.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permit:
(a) That a sidewalk be constructed along Shackleford
Road.
(b) That a 30 inch high headlight screen along the
Shackleford Road side of the parking lot at the
south side of the front parking part be provided.
(c) That light and sound screens or baffles along the
south property line adjacent to the residential
uses be provided.
(d) That design specifics for the rear parking area
showing the grade across parking surfaces, cuts or
fills, landscaping designs and screening
provisions be provided.
(e) That an overall landscaping and signage plan for
the entire site be provided.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
