AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE WOODRUFF SCHOOL
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
prepared a plan for the Woodruff School Neighborhood
to be used as a guide for future land use decisions and
capital improvements; and
and
Whereas, the plan stresses neighborhood conservation;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has been briefed on the
plan prepared by the Office of Comprehensive Planning in
conjunction with the Woodruff CDBG Committee and adoption of
the plan has been requested by that office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Woodruff School Neighborhood
Plan is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall he in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
