3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE MUSEUM OF
4 DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Museum of
9 Discovery Board of Trustees:
10 Brooke Cyphers Hicks, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Holt McConnell, said term to
11 expire on December 31, 2012.
12 James Jones, appointed to serve his first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on December 31,
13 2015.
