AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN HALF -
STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF WEST 12TH STREET AND MADISON
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Miller Short -Form
PD -C at 4724 West 12th Street.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct half -
street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred for
a proposed change in zoning from C3 to PDC to allow the sale of used cars. The
specific deferral is for five years or until adjacent property develops for Madison.

SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
