BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That, each resident of this City who is required by the
Southwestern 13ell 'telephone Company to pay an installation, re-
moval or moving charge in any sum whatever, pay same under pro-
test, take a receipt therefor and re -oort the facts in regard to
said installation, etc., to the City Clerk in writing.
