RESOLUTION NO. 1023.
Whereas, .Louis Lock, has - raV47-his acceptance
in writing upon the Clerk's record of Ordinance No. 2503, and
Thereas, said acceptance has been made without
filing the necessary bond, and
Whereas, the said Louis Lock, hasp by his
attorney, A. N. Demers, requested the privilege of withdrawing
said acceptance, Now, `therefore,
BE IT RESOLIPED BY THIS COUNCIL:
That the said Louis Lock be and he is hereby
permitted to withdraw said acceptance and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to erase the written acceptance of the said
Louis Lock from the margin of his record of ordinances.
