1104V RESOLUTION NO. 1104. WHEREAS, under Ordinance No.876,constituting the contract between the Little Rack Railway & Electric 1 Company and the City of Little Rock the said Little Rock; Railway and Electric Compa.4� agreed to build on all streets or bridges which might thereafter be im- proved a pgvement or roadway of like character and material to that upon other portion of said street, and, WHEREAS, this Council is advised that the Little Rock Railrwgy & Electric Company have refused to pave between its rails and upon two feet on each outside thereof upon Main Street from Markham to the South inter- section of Eighth Street, N01719TH'i,UREFORE ,BE IT RF.SOLVFD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T9E CITY OF LITTLE ROC -: That on or before Mar ;h ,1922 the Little Roc _L Railway & Electric Company appear before this Council and show cause wh- an order should not be entered re- quiring the said Little Rock Railway &. Fl ectric Company to comply x!ith its franchise and contract in regard to pav_l�ng Main Street between the rails and two feet on each outside thereof between the points above named, and upon its failure to show cause therefor why an ordinance sh:)uld not be passed making its failure to so', comply a misdemeanor in accord ^nce °iith the Statute.
