Whereas, certain confusion has arisen in regard to transfer
points and the routes over the lines of the Little Rock Railway &
Electric Company which are considered one -fare hauls; Nov:, There-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the Little Rock R};ilway & Electric Company file with
this council, within thirty days after the date of the service of
this notice upon it, a written, verified statement, showing all
transfer points along its lines and a copy of such rules, regula-
tions, orders and directions as have been promulgateO or furnished
to its employees governing the issuance and acceptance of trans-
fers, the rotates covered thereby, and such rules, regulations or
orders as may be in effect Fas to one -fare hauls, especially upon
the South Main line, that is, from what points to what points upon
said line or the lines over which the South 1,11ain cars travel a
passenger may ride for one fare, and at what points along said line
a second fare is collected.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution,
certified by the City Clerk, be served upon the Little Rock Railway
& Electric Company immediately after its passage.
