Whereas, it appears to the City Council that it is to the
best interests of the City of Little Rock that Broadway Street be
extended south a distance of 330 feet;
,IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
at once begin condemnation proceedings in the proper court to secure
for the city a right -of -way, sixty feet wide, the lines therefor to be
obtained by extending the present lines of Broadway Street south from
its present terminus a distance of three hundred thirty feet.
