RESOLUTION NO. 1074 .
ViTHEREAS, The Treasurer of Pulaski County has in
his hands funds to the extent of One Hundred and Ninety -two
Dollars and Ninety -five Cents ($192.95), due the City of Little
Rock on account of the redemption of forfeited lands during
the second quarter of 1920:
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TH CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, .ARKANSAS:
That, R. W. Newell, city Treasurer, be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to collect said money from
the County Treasurer and to execute proper receipt therefor.
