4hereas, the paving blocks along Seventh Street, within the
limits of Street Improvement District #192, are being wasted and lost
and xxtim the new improvement contemplated for said street will be
constructed of other material, and
4hereas, :street Improvement District #196 has offerred to pur-
sai.d blocks to use in repairing Louisiana atreet,
NOW, THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED BY TH� C I T Y COUNCIL
OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
That the Board of Public Affairs of the City of tittle Rock
be and they are hereby directed to sell to said Improvement District
#196 xxxkxktxKca or to any other district which may desire them,
all the wooden blocks formerly constituting the West Seventh pave -
ment (laid by Improvement District #192), for the best price obtain-
able and the funds derived therefrom shall be placed to the credit
of Street Improvement District #288 or such other district as may
be organized to repave Vest 6eventh Street.
