Whereas, The -,Clice Committee of this Council has carefully
participated, unanirously decided, that said establishment
was a menace to the morals, welfare and safety of the citizens
of yittle L',ock and a nuisance and. should be at once abated,
jherefore, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City
ounci�e City of "ittle nock:
That said Buck Horn -cool noom or Billiard ticom or -cool Hall,
being the establishment at 714vida,in I�'treet, operated by J. C.
Casa,retta, be and the same is hereby declared a nuisance and
its continued presence and opr-ration menaces the safety, morals and
welfare of the people of this City, and the Chief of Police is
hereby ordered tc close said establishment and to keep same closed
and the City Collector is hereby ordered to issue to no other
person or persons license to operate billiard p oltables at that
location.
