A RESOLUTION PER : ITT I NG CHARLES F. PART iN , JR. , WHO HAS BEE
APPOINTED REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, TO RECEIVE AND KEEP THE FEES PAID BY THE CGUN2Y VOR SAID
WORK AS REGISTRAR.
WHEREAS, Charles r'. martin, Jr., Has been appointed by
the City Health Officer as Registrar of vital statistics for the
City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the duties as said Registrar do not conflict with
bir. Lartin's work as City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, without expense gets
the benefit of a permanent record of all deaths and births,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLED by 'iilL CITY COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
That Charles F. i.artin, Jr., is hereby permitted to
retain personally all funds received from the County, fees for
services as Registrar of vital statistics for the City of Little
hock. A
And be it further resolved that the additional allowance
for office expense of 425.00 per month to the City Clerk shall
remain the same and shall not be affected by this Resolution.
