BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITT IE ROCK:
Section 1. That an election, referring ordinance
number 2568 to the qualified electors
of the city of Little Rock, shall be
held upon September 15th., 1919.
Section 2. That the 1 -Tayor shall issue his proc-
lamation therefor and make such prep -
aration and take such steps as may be
necessary to make such election legal.
