A Resolution Rescinding the Action of the City Council of
August 7, 1922, in Connection with the Annex to Sewer
Improvement District No. 87 of the City of Little Rock.
-,Thereas, the action of this council in granting the
petition of 1a1. 14jargaret Powers at al, that certain property con --
tiguous to Sewer Improvement District No. 87 be annexed to said
sewer improvement district, was premature, Now, Therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LI'TLE ROCK:
That such action of this council upon August 7, 1922, of
granting the petition of T.. Margaret Powers and T. R. Sibert, ask-
ing that all of Patrick Powers' Addition except Lot 4, Block 7,
of said addition, be rescinded, set aside and held for naught.
