AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT T AID ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ICT TITLED BOEN CENTER
SHORT -FORM PD- - 6957 -B LOCATED ON
REMINGTON DRIVE, LO'T'S 12 AND 13 OF THE BOEN
CENTER SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS., AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE K; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS -
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property
be changed from 0-3, General Office District to PD-C:
Part of the NE 14 of Section 21, T-1 -N, R-13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas being more particularly described as: beginning at the
NW comer of Lot 14, Boen Centre Addition, thence N 14'52'03"9 E
394.67 feet; thence N I °59'33" W 258.16 feet; thence S 75'10'46" E
372.78 feet; thence S 14'14" " W. 305-53 Feet; to curve to the left with
radius of 50.00 feet and a chord with a bearing and distance of S
7°47" " W 91.67 feet; thence S 6 1. '2 111. " W 3 66.14 feet to the point of
beginning containing 3.63 ac reS, more or less.
SECTION . That the prelitninary site development plan plat be approved as
recommended mended b the Little Dock. Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Boen
Center Short-form PD-C is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 e ) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, , and designated district reap be and is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section I hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall D.Ot take effect and be in fall farce until
the final approval of the plan.
SECTION . 'e a � ity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
onions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions., or parts of the same
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistene r.
