RESOLUTION NO. 1133.
IEREAS, the alley between 10th be 11th, Dennison
and nice sts. , is now partly fenced in on the north side,
and there are several sheds and outhouses encroaching upon
this alley for a distance of from four to seven feet and,
`I MAS, this alley has been dedicated for use
by the public only, and the above Mentioned outhouses and
fences constitute a nuisance.
NOW TIEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THr: CITY OF LITTLE ROCK KAN SAS ,
That the City Engineer and the Chief of 1olice
are hereby ordered and directed to have the above mentioned
encroachments removed within the next thirty days,
AND BE 1T FURALjR RESOLUD that the City
Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to set stakes
designating the boundry lines of this alley, that the full
width of the alley may be opened to the public.
