WHMEAS, it appears to the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that it is to
the best interests of the City of Little Rock that
the south 129 feet of the west property line of
Virginia Place be moved 40 feet west,
NOW, THKRCFORF, Br, IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLq; ROCK, ARKANS AS :
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to take the necessary steps
for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock to con-
demn sufficient property so that the south 129 feet
of the west property line of Virginia ?lace, as now
platted, may be moved 40 feet west.
