Rihereas, it has appeared to the City Council of the City
of Little Rock that it is to the best interest of the City of
Little Rock: ,o secure certain tracts of land in ^rr_nin,*ham's Addi-
Lion to the City of Little Rock for park purposes, Now, Therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY `2111 CITY COUNCIL (12 TfiE CITY C-2 11I`1'TLE, ROCK
That all portions of Blocks 6, 7, 10, 11, 22, 23, 26 and
27 of Cunninghamts Addition to the City of Little Rock not hereto-
fore purchased by the City of Little Rock be condemned, and the
City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to begin at once
condemnation proceedings, in the proper courts, to secure for the
City, for park purposes, such portions of the above described blo
as have not been heretofore deeded to the City.
