in fact been laid out on the ground and have never been used by

regulation street in the Middle of said territory, if said streets
and alleys are vacated, and
JM�IT,AS, said streets and alleys as they novi exist are not
now and will never be of benefit to the public and said regulation
street will serve the 1)ublic to good advantage.

��. That the hereinafter deuigntated streets and alleys
shall be vacated as public streets and alleys; that all r i�jit e of this
city and the public in the some shall henceforth cease and determine
and all such rights are hereby released and abandoned to the abutting
property owners.
1. An alley runnier from Markham Street northweptwardly
to alpine Pass, lyirk, between Lots 1,2,3,x_,506,7,8,
Block 17, Midland Hills on the one side and Lots 9
and 15, Midland Hills on the other side.
2. An alley running from the rear property line of Block
Crystal Court east to the alley above described, lying
betty ,ieen Lots F, 14,1:.), Blocs: 17, Midland Hills, on the
one side and Lots G,13,12,:11,10,9, Block 17, Midland
Bills on the other side. - —
3. The west 95 feet of an alley or street running east from
the rear property line of Block 2, Crystal Court, lyin€,
between Lots E and 9, Block 16, Midland Hills on the one

side, said street or alley being known as Alpine Pass.
