WHEREAS, The Pulaski Heights Land Company on March 24th, 1903, filed for record in Pulaski County a plat with bill of assurance to certain blocks in Pulaski Heights, among others in- cluding Block Eighteen (18), which block is situated two blocks north of Prospect Avenue and which block according to said plat lies immediately west of Pine Street now known as Walnut Street, which extends north from Prospect Avenue, and ?WHEREAS, The said plat as tiled for record was of a printed form and not the plat actually made by the engineer in laying out the addition and it was not intended that a street should be laid out along the east side of said block eighteen (1S), and WHEREAS, It is impracticable to build or open the said street for the reason that same drops off rapidly to the north, so much so that it would be almost impossible to open the said street, and the ravine immediately north of said street is so deep that a road or street across same would not be serviceable to the public and no attempt has ever been made to open the said street, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That in view of the fact that it is found the opening of the said street on the east side of Block Eighteen (19) in Pulaski Heights is impracticable and that such street has never been opened nor the said ground used by the public as a street, and it was never intended that a street should be along the east side of said block, the City of Little Rock hereby disclaims any interest in and to the said street located east of the said Block Eighteen (18) as above described and further declares that the same is hereby declared to be abandoned and vacated.
