RESOLUTION NO. 1171.
FJiiMEAS, an improvement district is being formed for
the purpose of improving the town branch through the down town
district of the City of Little Rock; and,
WHERI.AS, the Carnegie Library, which is property belonging
to the City of Little Rock, is within the boundary of the proposed
district; and,
CRMEAS, the City of Little Rock should help the improverwnt
dsitrict to make the proposed improvement; NOW, TIE-REFORE,
BE IT RESOLVIM BY TIC: CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the mayor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to place his signature, as mayor of the City of Little Hock, on the
second petition of the proposed improvement district.
