BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUrICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That the City Attorney be instructed to
institute condemnation proceedings to secure for use of the
City of Little Rock the following property, same to be used for
city dumping purposes:
