RESOLUTION NO. 117"7.
WHEREAS, Fred T. Miller,r,ith whom the City of Little
Rock and the State Fair Association on March 27th, 19252
entered into a contract by which was granted to hip: the
privilege of opera.tinq, certain concessions - in'Fair park,
Little Rock, Arkansas, has petitioned the !. yor and the City
vouncil of the City of Little Rock and the president and the
bor_rd of directors of the State Fair Association of- Arkansas
to assent to the assignment and conveyance by him to a
corporation to be oranized under the name of FILLER CONCESSION
00'.-PAISY the said contract and concessions, together with the
property located at Fair Park and used in the operation of
said concessions; and
.HEREAS, It is relieved that said concessions will
be More profitaole to all perties to said contract if operated
by a corporation than if operated by an individual, and it
rill therefore be of benefit to all concerned to assent to
said assignment; now ,
BE IT RESOLVED:
Assent is hereby riven to the assignment and conveyance
of said contract, concessions and property by said Fred T.
Miller to '--ILLFR CONE "ESSION COY.PA,,Y, end. that the chairman
and the members of the Co- :�Littee on Parks, Building and Public
Grounds, or a majority of their, be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to endorse upon the three counterpart
originals of said contract notations evidencing the assent of
the City of Little Rock to said assignment and conveyance.
