RESOLVED, Thgt said W.B. Stansberry be required to file with the City Clerk a sworn statement in accordance with the said ordinance, which statement shall contain full details and have attached thereto his original payrolls or copies thereof, showing all amounts paid out for labor, dates paid and to whom, and receipted bills for materials or authenticated copies there- of, showing all material purchased for said sewer line, by dates items, from whom purchased,/and amounts paid therefor; which said statement shall bear the approval of the superintendent of public works, if he shall approve the same, or a notation of his disapproval if he shall so disapprove it; and that said statement when filed shall be referred to the Sanitation Commit- tee of the City Council for examination and report, Adopted: July 12, 1926.
