� =—i hi:AS, the Pulaski heights Land Comrany has
recently torn down and removed the waiting station
on the Pulaski Heights car line, commonly knovin as
thb Country Club station, and has also torn ul, and
removed the sidewalk East thereof, and has plowed
up the ground on vLich these stood,
T?3E IEFORE, be it resolved that the City Attorney
be instructed to immediately investigate the matter
and if, uron a -mch investigation, he finds that there
are grounds to justify it, that he at once take such
action as may be necessary to Protect and restore the
rublic rights therein.
Be it further resolved that the Chief of . olice
be instructed to immediately notify the Pulaski Heights
Land Com_r.any to cease its activities at said point
until the Cite iittorney shad have had tirr_e in vrhieh to
investigate and act in the neat ler.
