�Jf REDS, the Arkansas ?atural Gas Corporationn delivered to the
City of Little Rock a bond executed by it as principal, and by the ':etna
Casualty & Surety Company as surety, dated July 19, 1928, in the sum of
Fifty Thousand Dollars (T- 50,000.00), the condition of which was that it
agreed to construct a new natural gas pipe line to the City of little Rock
from the gas fields of Johnson County, or some other source of supply, on
or before January 1, 1929, and
1MV IRE&S, the said Arkansas Natural Gas Corporation has fully per-
formed the condition of said bond in that on December 22, 1928, it completed
the construction of a ten -inch gas pipe line from the Clarksville gas fields
of Johnson County to the Company's regulator station immediately North of tle
corporate limits of the torn of Levy, at which point the line is connected
with the pipe line of the Little Rock Gas & Fuel Company, connecting with the
eight -inch pipe line across the Broadway Bridge to the City of Little Rock;
and that the said Arkansas atural Gas Corporation has also fully completed
the construction of an eight -inch pipe line continuing the said Clarksville
line from a point at the 21orthwest corner of Camp Pike, running in a South-
westerly direction, crossing the Arkansas River about four and one -half miles
West of Little Rock, then running due South approximately a mile, then running
due East until said eight -inch pipe line comes into the City of Kittle Rock
at a point on the 1orthwest boundary of the city limits in the Pulaski Heights
section:
NOM, TIMEEF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council. of the City
of Little Rock considers that the Arkansas 'atural Gas Corporation has com-
plied in all respects with the terms of said above mentioned bond; and that the
said Arkansas ?Iatural Gas Corporation and the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company
be and they are each hereby discharged and fully released from all liability
under said bond to the City of Little Rock; and the City Clerk is hereby au-
thorized and directed to deliver said bond to the Arkansas Iatural Gas Cor-
poration for cancellation.
