(Initiative Petition No. 2 ) and Amendatory- Petitions A -B -C -D ORDINANCE NO. 1 -0 All ORDINANCE yuODIF'YING, AMENDING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF THE LITTLE ROCK GAS A M FUEL COMPANY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. AND, WHEREAS, The City Clerk has ascertained and declares that each of said Initiative Petitions together with its amendatory petitions has the number of signatures reouired to establish the sufficiency of such petition; therefore be it RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS, That the said finding of the City Clerk is hereby confirmed and he is 'hereby directed to publish for one time in some paper having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, and not less than thirty days prior to the next regular municipal election, the full text of the ordinances proposed by Initiative Petitions Nos. 1 and 2 and the amendatory petitions thereto) to be voted upon at the municipal election to be held Tuesday, April 21 1929, together with the exact title to be used in each instance on the ballot.
