g.� t her•eas the Command-Aire Flying Services, Incorporated are engaged
in the manufacture of aeroplanes in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas
and are desirous of negotiating a lease with the ', ar Department for
the use of its landing port and han_ars to be used by it in connection
with its industry and school of instruction.
And whereas the city is not at this time in a financial position
to lease this property from the Government for the use of a Municipal
Air-port.
Therefore be it resolved by the -
