RESOLUTION NO. 1227 .
IhMREAS, John W. Bleidt was for 29 years City
Electrician for the City of Little Rock, most capably and
faithfully performing; his duties as such, later engaging in
business for himself, and always a loyal and highly respected
citizen of our city; and
WHEREAS, On June 17, 1929, an all -wise Providence
saw fit to remove him from our midst while yet sjocessfully
engaged in business;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That in the death of John i.% Bleidt our city has
lost one of its best citizens, a roan of integrity, loyal to
his friends, and respected by all who knew him; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That we extend to the
members of the family of the deceased odr sincere sympathy in
their great bereavement, and that these resolutions be entered
upon the reoords and a copy be sent to the family of the
deceased.
