R E S O L U T I O N
NO. 1240.
SEAS, For several years the Arkansas State
Fair Association has been exceedin&generous in furnish-
ink; the aldermen with season passes to the State Fair,
for which vie wish to go on record as thanking the fair
Association very much; and
77RL'AS, Due to various conditions beyond the
control of the State Fair Association it appears that
this year the State Fair will need financial help per-
haps more than any time in its history and since the
Directors of the Arkansas State Fair have refused to
accept annual passes for themselves;
NO7, THER Mi ORE, Be it resolved by the City
Council that the State Fair Association be notified
that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Little Rock
will gladly follow the lead of the Directors and will
not accept the customary annual passes.
