WHEREAS, Harry C. Kolbe was, on :November 17,
1930, at the age of 53 years, 1 month, 19 days, removed
by the grim Reaper; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kolbe served in this Council as
alderman from the Third 'Ward from April, 1924, to April,
1928, with credit to himself and his constituents, and
was for many years prominently identified with the
business and social life of this city, being loved by a
wide circle of friends: therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Tna.t in the death of Mr. Kolbe our City has
lost an honored and valuable citizen, his friends one with
whom it was always a. pleasure to come in contact and his
family a loving husband and father; and that we extend to
the family of the deceased our sincere sympathy in their
bereavement: and
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That these resolutions
be spread upon our records and that a copy ae'sent to the
family of the deceased.
