RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN PETITION
FOR THE CREATION OF IMPRO!M=TT'yT DISTRICT TO
IMPROVE STREETS.
WHEREAS, Petitions are now being circulated praying the County
Court of Plwlaski County for the formation of an improvement district
to improve certain streets from Factory Avenue on the east to Fair
Park Boulevard on the west (via 26th Street, 25th Street, and Asher
Avenue); and
WHEREAS, The City of Little Rock is the owner certain lands
located and embraced within said proposed district, as shown and
described in the petition for said district.
NOSE, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; That the Mayor of the City of Little Rock is
hereby authorized and directed to sign said petition for the
