I O/ 4 WHEREAS, There haV'been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, petitions purporting to be signed by 1303 legal voters of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, requesting a referendum on Resolution No. 1253, adopted by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a meeting held September 9, 1931, which resolution was later vetoed by the Mayor and his veto overridden by the City Council at a meeting held September 21, 1931, said petitions for such referendum being presented to the City Council on this date: Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: That the date of hearing on such referendum petitions is hereby set for 8 P. M., October 26, 1931, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice by publication, for one insertion, of such hearing, said notice to be in the following form: NOTICE Notice is hereby given to the legal voters of the city of Little Rock, and other interested parties, that at 8 P.
