BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS F THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA. S S. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described. property he changed from C-3, General Commercial. District to PD-C: Lots 1. and 2 Block 29, Cunningham Addition. to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site d.evelopi:nent plan /plat be approved as re ominended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Miller Short -forin PD -C is conditioned. upon. obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section -454 e of the Code of Ordinances.
