AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 179652,
REVOKING A. PLANTED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
TITLED '4YM A SHORT-FORM P D' ", RECLASSIFYING
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY of LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY of LITTLE POCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES. (Z-6418-A,, NW CORNER F WEST

WHEREAS,, ordinance No. 17,652 was passed on January o, 1998; and
W HEPEA. , the ordinance changed the zone classification of all of Lots 7, 8 and
the South 1/2of Lot 9, Block 116, original City of Little Pock from "1-2" Light Industrial
to PD and established the YMCA Short -F'or. PD; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Pock as owner of the property has requested that
the zone classification of the property be changed to "UU" Urban Use; and
WHEREAS, the Little Pock Planning Commission by a vote of ages, o noes and
2 absent at its June 171 2004 meeting has recomi- nen.ded that the YMCA Short-Form PCD
be revoked, and the property reclassified. to "UU'' Urban Use District.
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That ordinance No. 17,15 2 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan plat approved by
Ordinance No. 17,1 5 2 is hereby revoked.
SECTION 3. That the P D classification of the property described as all of Lots
79 9 and the South V2 o 'L t 9, Block 116, riginal City of Little Pock is revoked and the
or ner "1-2" zoning classification is restored on, the official zoning map.
SECTION 4. That the zone classification of the property described as all of Lots
75 8 and the South f 2, of Lot 9, Block 116, Original City of Little Dock, Arkansas is
hereby changed from ",1-2" Light Industrial to "UU" Urban Use District.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock and designated district map he and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Sections 3 and 4 hereof.
SECTION . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days
after the date of its passage and approval..
SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in ftill force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION . Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
