AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH AND LAIC OFF CITY OF LITTLE

IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PTO. 20 (MADIS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Petition form City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners'
