AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN (20,117);
MOVING THE COLLECTOR DESIGNATION FROM PATRICK
COUNTRY ROAD TO VALLEY RANCH DRIVE; (MSP12 -03); AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Patrick Country Road is changed from a Collector to a Local Street south of its intersection
with Valley Ranch Drive.
Section 2. Valley Ranch Drive is changed from a Local Street to a Collector.
Section 3. The Master Street Plan map is hereby changed to reflect the changes in Sections 1 and 2.
Section 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
