Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, that the Mayor be and he hereby is
authorized to execute in behalf of the City a contr!ct

erect two �2) flood lights upon its property, known as
Swift and Company Oil Mill near the eastern boundary of
the City of Little,Rock in Pulaski County, for the purpose
of lighting the City's Municipal Air Port, such license
to continue in effect until revoked by Swift and Company
upon fifteen (15) days �.-ritten notice to the City; and
upon such revoca.t -'.on said license to become null end
void and the City to remove said flood lights and all
electric vices from the premises of Swift and Company
at its oven cost,
