1291RESOLUTION NO. WHEREAS a 1unicipal Golf Course Commission .vas, by resolution, created April 15,1929, consisting of seven members, and ' °WHEREAS said resolution made no provision for filling vacancies occuring in said Commission nor naming the term of office for which said members should serve, and r'HER EAS the vacancies which have occured in said Commission have not beenfilled, now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: SECTION 1. That the Municipal Golf Course Commission shall consist of Nine (9) members. The following members are hereby appointed to serve for the term designated, each term to begin as of the Second Monday in April, 1933: Frank Cooley, W.R.Goodman and Mrs. J.H.Kressinger shall serve for a term of one year: E.N.Pettit Henry Leiser and C.B. Erwin shall serve for a term of two years; ':7alter J. Terry, E.R.Wiles and Ben D. Brick house shall serve for a term of three years. All vacancies occuring by expiration of term or otherwise shall hereafter be filled by appointment by the ':1ayor and shall be for a term of three years, unless the appoint- ment shall be made for the duration of an unexpired term. SECTION 2. This commission shall have charge of the ,!unicipal Golf Course and shall from time to time submit recommendations to the City Council for the improvement of said course, and shall once each year on the Second Monday in April thereof file a written report with the City Council embracing all of the activities undertaken by the Commission during the preceeding year. Said report shall include a financial statement of the receipts and expenditures made by said Commission during said year. Said report shall also contain full and complete inventory of all of the equipment purchased by said Commission or by the City of Little Rock for the municipal Golf Course.
