'711 13 , the :"rkansas Industrial and Relief Mate
agency has been created by the General Assembly of Arkansas
for the purp ose of aiding municipalities and others to
secure the loan and grant of funds from the United States
for the construction of public projects, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Little mock, Arkansas, that the Arkansas Industrial and
Relief State Agency is hereby requested to secure a loan from
the United States for the purpose of constructing ar.
administration building and improving the Golf Course
at the Little Rock Municipal Park known as Fair Park, in
accordance with the plans and specifications, and for the
amounts to be contained in an application to said Agency,
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and forward
such application to said Agency as soon as the details thereof
can be prepared.
