'CW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved that the 1'ayor and City Clerk be
authorized and directed to issue warrants of the Cit'' of Little Rock to
the Arkansaw Tater Co. and the Arkansas Power &. Light Co. in the follow-
ing manner;

A warrant dated ;'ovember 20th for the October, 1933, bill.

Be It Further Resolved that all of said warrants shall on or before
